Lontor Hi-Tech Development Company has restated its commitment to innovation, sustainability and partnership-led growth, following its 2025 Business Conference held at the firm’s Lagos headquarters. The announcement was made in a statement on Sunday.
The annual event, themed “Growing Stronger Together,” brought together dealers, distributors and industry stakeholders from across Nigeria, providing a platform to showcase new products, honour partner achievements and outline strategic priorities for 2026.
Head of Marketing, Kenneth Ozomah, said the conference reinforced the company’s focus on synergy and shared ambition. “This conference signals innovation, collaboration, partnership and growth, showing where we are, where we are going, and how together we can drive success in Nigeria and beyond,” he said.
Dealers Recognised as Backbone of Growth
Managing Director of Lontor Hi-Tech Nigeria, Mrs Eniola Olutimilehin, praised the resilience and consistency of the brand’s distributors, noting that strong dealer networks remain central to Lontor’s nationwide expansion.
A major highlight of the event was the keynote speech by Chief Diana Chen, Chairman of Choice International Group, Lontor’s parent company. She unveiled the Wuling Bus Partnership Programme, an empowerment and logistics initiative designed to enhance dealer mobility, strengthen distribution channels and expand brand activation nationwide.
Chen described the initiative as a catalyst for business scalability. “The Wuling Bus is more than a vehicle; it is a tool for growth that will enable our partners to activate communities and strengthen the Lontor brand presence nationwide,” she said.
The programme drew significant interest, with eight major partners subscribing at ₦150m each, totalling ₦1.2bn in commitments. According to Lontor, the investment underscores strong dealer confidence in the company’s long-term vision of inclusive growth.
New Product Lines and Live Demonstrations
The company also introduced several new products, including:
- The MI Smart TV range
- Energy-efficient kitchen appliances
- Advanced ESS solar energy systems with 5 kVA and 15 kVA inverter capacities
Live demonstrations highlighted the intelligent control features and improved energy efficiency of the new solar systems.
Breakout sessions covered sales strategies, dealer incentive schemes and performance optimisation ahead of the fourth quarter. A raffle draw added excitement, with 10 partners winning prizes such as Lontor 1.5HP air conditioners, MI Smart TVs, rechargeable fans and Bluetooth speakers.
Honouring Excellence and Looking Ahead
The conference concluded with an awards ceremony recognising top-performing dealers, followed by cocktails, entertainment and networking sessions.
Reaffirming its philosophy of “Power at Will,” Lontor Hi-Tech Development Company said it remains committed to accelerating Africa’s shift toward smart and sustainable living through technology, innovation and strengthened partnerships.
