A new trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie has been released, giving fans their first official look at Yoshi and confirming the return of Birdo for Mario’s latest adventure. Yoshi’s appearance was previously leaked last fall via a Pillsbury cookie box design, but the trailer now officially showcases the beloved character alongside Birdo.

The trailer debuted during Nintendo’s The Super Mario Galaxy Movie Direct and confirmed that the film is currently in post-production. Originally set for an April 3 release, the movie will now hit theaters two days earlier, on April 1.

The animated feature stars Chris Pratt as Mario, Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, and Charlie Day as Luigi. The voice cast also includes Jack Black as Bowser, Keegan-Michael Key as Toad, Benny Safdie as Bowser Jr., Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek, and Brie Larson as Rosalina.

Fans can expect a visually stunning and star-studded adventure as the iconic characters of the Mushroom Kingdom take to the big screen in this highly anticipated release.
